How easy the choke is to reach, how deep the pipe sits, what caused it and whether a camera look is needed all shape the figure. The plumber explains the cause, then you agree a fixed upfront price before any work starts.
Will the figure change once work is underway?
No. The price is settled before anything starts and covers the job as described. If clearing or a camera inspection reveals something genuinely different, you hear about it first and nothing extra happens until you approve it.
How do I pay for the job?
By card or EFTPOS on the day, once the work is finished and the line has been tested. There is no invoice to chase later and no account paperwork, and the figure agreed at the start is the one you pay.
If I ring in the morning, will a plumber come today?
We can usually be there the same day for a morning call, though we never promise it outright. A job earlier on the round that runs long can push things back, so we tell you honestly where you sit.
What should I have ready when I call?
